What we store when you use the benchmark

Your statement file is read INSIDE YOUR BROWSER and is never uploaded. What is sent to us, after the arithmetic has already run on your machine, is a summary: the carrier names, the tier labels, the period, the totals, and one row per unreconciled agent in which the agent is identified ONLY by a short hash computed on your machine. We also store the time and the reference code carried in the link if you arrived from a message we sent.

There is a button under your result that prints that summary in full. It is the same object we receive, and you can read it before you decide whether to send us another one.

We never receive an agent or agency NAME, a policy number, an individual statement line, or your file. We do this because this page is a market test and the only honest way to know whether anyone used the tool is to count the runs, and because the smallest thing that lets us count is the most we should be asking of you.

What we do not store

• No account, because there is no signup.
• No IP address and no device fingerprint.
• No advertising or analytics cookie. This site sets no cookies at all.
• No email address, unless you type one into the waitlist form yourself.
• No connection to your Salesforce org: no OAuth, no connected app, no API call, and no uploaded file. The file you choose is read inside your browser and only the metadata above is sent.

Measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. We do not run Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, a session recorder or any advertising pixel on this site.

The waitlist

If you submit the form, or if you ask us to email you a copy of a benchmark result, we store your email address, the company and note you chose to give, and whether you asked for a call. It is used to write to you about this project and for nothing else. It is never sold, and it is not added to any other list.

Where it lives and for how long

Records are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database and the site runs on Vercel. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Benchmark runs are kept for as long as this validation test and its write-up need them, and no longer than twelve months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of anything we hold about you. Write to dario@leanaistudio.com and a person will answer. For a benchmark run, tell us roughly when you used it and which carriers were in it, since there is no account to look you up by. You may also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
